ATTENTION MEMBERS – ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION CERTIFICATE

If Artificial Insemination was used in the 2009/2010 season to breed your mare, you should by now have asked your vet to complete an AI certificate. If you have not already done this for the 2009/2010 season, PLEASE ASK YOUR VET TO COMPLETE THIS NOW. The AI certificate should then be sent to the semen provider so that you can obtain a service certificate. SERVICE CERTIFICATES SHOULD BE OBTAINED FOR THE 2009/2010 BREEDING SEASON NOW not after the birth of your foal. The Mare owner should send their copy of the Service Certificate and AI certificate to the HHSA Registrar within 30 days following the birth of the foal, together with the application for foal registration form. Any queries, please speak to the HHSA Registrar, Rachel Whiting 0418 889 449.

For a copy of the Artificial Certificate please visit our “Forms” page.
